Head just above water
I'm really running way behind
My writing skills are failing
Trying to keep up I find
No life raft, help, I'm drowning.
However, if I stop a while
Take in a great big breath
Put pen to paper, pick a style
I may avoid my death.
One's busy life gets in the way
So many things to do
And I've so many words to say
In poems, just for you!
So I will start and write some down
To see just how this goes
Use adjectives, some verbs or nouns
Will it matter? Don't suppose.
As long as some words do appear
The page no longer blank,
With metered rhythm written here
I'll charge up my think tank.
I'll finish this, but have to start
The next one now compose.
They say that writing is an art
Free style or rhyming prose?.

Hi everyone just another one before I sink into the abyss LOL I hadn't realized how busy my life is and finding it challenging to write every day, review and reply also.
Apology's to anyone if I run late and take a while to get back. This is fun but hanging in there Ha ha
