There's nothing greater in this world,
God's lavished love its power unfurled,
Those unplumbed depths avail for me,
His life Christ spent so I could see.
I saw it once in father's eyes,
Its love-light shone, to my surprise,
His dying breath I saw God's peace,
On wings of grace joy's sweet release.
In morning's dew I saw God's light,
It stirred love's fire, its depths ignite,
My heart now moves with heaven's beat,
Enthroned with Christ's, celestial seat.

Author Notes
Special thanks for the artwork, "church" by D781k.
Also special thanks to all the poets who have helped me work on my poetry. To be honest, I like prose better, but gotta expand your horizons, right?
