Why do you act like you're cars? You take up half the lane, but go half the speed, push us into oncoming traffic, as if somehow sparing cyclists is more noble than sparing drivers. You act as if stopping at a stop sign is optional, same with letting us know you’re about to make a left at a busy intersection. If you’re going to ride on the road, then follow the rules of the road, or else get on the sidewalk! Go navigate among women with strollers, dads pulling their little ones in Radio Flyers, and dog sitters walking their three to five pooches, and see how you like having to share space with people moving more slowly than you are. And don’t get me started with your environmentally conscious bullshit–have you ever heard of a Prius–you smug SOB! A bike lane system in every city, no road left behind! Now I feel better.
