Are you kidding me?   Almost everyone I know has either found themselves broke down, stranded, of brought to a screeching halt, because of something so simple as a blown fuse. And, unfortunately, a simple fix, isn’t in the cards. You’re either in the middle of nowhere, or nowhere near a store that may or may not sale fuses. The following life hack could not only save you life, but it could make you look like a hero.   1. The first thing you need to do is find the fuse panel and remove the blown/damaged fuse. 2. Look around you, either on the ground, the vehicle you were using, a purse, etc. for a piece of chewing gum, or an empty pack of cigarettes. 3. Look at each cellophane wrapper. Carefully separate the aluminum side from the paper side. 4. Next, take the piece of aluminum and wrap it around the two metal electric terminals of the fuse. 5. Carefully remove any excess aluminum and insert the fuse into the housing. This will complete a protected circuit, that which current can flow. 6. Restart your vehicle or whatever was broken down. It should work as good as new.   This is only a temporary fix. As soon as you are once again back to safety, you should replace the fuse-hack with a new fuse.
