We watch blue jays bustle; long, snowed-in days hustle. Author Notes Essence poem: two lines, six syllables each, with internal rhyme (jays/days) and end rhyme: bustle/hustle. Watching birds outside always seems to make time go faster, whether it is during the long winter months or during other seasons.
