Life's not a spectator sport
there's coming a time,
we will give report.
Did we get on the field,
or sit on the sidelines
and complain?
Because we were not
the star of life's game.

This was inspired by a quote from Jackie Robinson, Life is not a spectator sport. Jackie Robinson was the baseball player who broke the color barrier in professional baseball with the Brooklyn Dodgers.
