Otto owned that building
He presided there
High up in the window
Such a grand affair
Peter he drew comics
Tina designed clothes
Otto he did nothing
Everybody knows

Otto ruled the scene
With a nonchalance
This side of obscene
Master of the house
Cats they are the King
