Exceptional who else got shut off the old site? I Miss My Old Home by l.raven

I came to FanStory 13 years ago and found a place I loved   I moved in and settled down. thanked God from Heaven above   I wrote my poems, and stories too writing until I went to bed   excited by the replies I would get and what the readers had said   last week I clicked on my site and FanStory was no where around   never thinking the old version  would ever be shut down   unable to get on FanStory a friend helped me through the night   finally able to contact Tom told me he shut down the old site   so here I sit already confused a page lost I can't find   wondering how I got on this site a FanStory mistake -not mine           Recognized Author Notes Last week FanStory shut down for maintenance. I went to bed figuring it would be back up in the morning. well it wasn't. I tried everything but couldn't get back on. A friend on FanStory contacted Tom for me. and he put me back on. But on the new FanStory. There has always been a new and old version. I would think the newer members have never been on the old site. As Tom wanted to shut it down years ago. But so many members said they would leave if he did. So he left it up. Gave people the choice of what site they wanted to be on. Old or New. The older FanStory is better to most... It's easier to get around. And more space. I understand the newer one has more technology involved. But a lot of people are happy with things just being simple. For 13 years I have paid my fees to be on the old FanStory, and when Tom put me on the new site. I told him that was the site I paid for. And that's the site I want to be on. I was told they shut it completely down. There was NO old FanStory site. No one was on there. but I have already found a someone who is on the old site, both sites. So it can't be shut down. And I believe if it had been shut down. Someone would have said something about it. When they did that maintenance I believe something went wrong. I read a review where someone said they couldn't get back. But finally they did. If your still on the old FanStory site. Could you let me know. Even through my PM. I hate the new site. And If even one person is on the old site. It's not shut down. Thank You...
