"Why are you so angry?"

"Life hasn't been fair to me."

"Who says life must be fair? You do know that's a myth."

"Well, other folks get happiness."

"How do you know what goes on in their lives behind closed doors?"

"I don't know, but at least they appear happy."

"You know the saying. Appearances are deceiving. Much like your scowl."

"What do you mean?"

"Your scowl makes others think you have nothing to be happy about."

"I don't. Kids don't like me at school."

"Maybe, it's you and your outlook. You do have things to be happy about."

"What do I have?"

"Firstly, you have health. You don't even need glasses."

"So?"

"You have a roof over your head."

"Everyone has that."

"Sweetie, homeless people don't. You have food, shelter and a family who is doing their best to love you."

"So?"

"Be receptive and glad things are as good as they are."

"Hmmph, maybe you are right, but I feel unhappy."

"I know you do, but try to change your outlook. I will help you. Unclench your fist."

"Why? What do you mean?"

"Because, a tightly clenched fist can never receive a handful of goodness. I had to learn that too. Love ya, little sis."
