The tree is grey and listless now All thats left is bark and bough Gone are leaves of brillant green Too, the birds that nest between. But when winter`s icy grip is over, The tree begins to live once more New branches grow,buds spring awake Freshened by spring dew they take And,in a while,gloriously A new tree is born,in all it`s majesty.
