Author Notes
I can actually handle well an insect in my food .. I have found spider legs and tiny insects in my salad at times ...on the other hand, I have an aversion for hair in food, strands on shoulders and backs... I have long hair but it's always tied up.
Just watching people on TV or my friend make food with hair dangling free turns me off.
Once my papa ' bought some huge dark cherries ..he said they were delicious .. halfway he noticed they had worms. He was okay though.
My mother told me once when she was a teen, her favourite grandmother made her a vegetable cake and whilst she was enjoying it she found a looooong hair entangled inside her slice
she said nothing not to upset her grandmother and she ate around it and when she could she pulled it out ... I don't know how she managed ..just writing about it now makes my tummy twist around.
