A Free Verse poem...

In This Moment

In this moment,
while gathering
fragrant blooming lilacs,
I hear the buzzing of a bee seeking
the flower's enticing nectar.

I listen to the
sparrows and finches
happily singing their finest tunes,
filling the air with symphonic melodies.

I hear the echo of
children's voices in the distance
shouting silly songs as they joyfully
consume the playground,
enjoying their perfect 
sky-blue sunny day.

In this moment, 
the spirit of God surrounds,
and I give thanks 
for the beauty of His creation,
peacefully moving in harmony.
