HAI...KU!!... PARDON ME.

Just a sneeze and then it's read
Hai... hai... Hai KU! And then it's spread
Across Fanstory by Gypsy Rose
She has the glory, I suppose

Three short lines we have to review
an accompanying picture to help you through
It's not easy to comment here
but let me make it perfectly clear

I like her lines I like what she writes
Staying up, through endless nights
Honing her skill for all to read
She's just hoping, to plant the seed

Us poet 'hacks', with our sonnets and rhymes
Haiku can give you better times
All started with, the Japanese
Wrote a few words before a sneeze

Just three lines and then it's over
No more rolling in the clover
Oh Gypsy Rose you're the Haiku Queen
You take them on with good old Dean,

I am following all the rules
Poetry, you don't learn in schools
Haiku is an acquired taste
Never venture with any haste

Savour the moment, live the feeling
spread the word what you're revealing
Show Fanstorians your expertise
You haiku poets are out to please

To spread the word in lines just three
I have to review, it's troubling me
What can you say to fill this space
At least it's easy to erase!

The last 3 lines are my attempt at the promised Haiku for Gypsy and where I now lay lol
