A poem for the club challenge (chain haiku suite)

Finding my Path

by kahpot

alone I wandered

so near to water's edge ~

ripples unnoticed

as

lilies floated by

upon a tide undisturbed ~

their journey fulfilled

a

silence ensured calm

as past turmoil drowns beneath ~

weary bridge finds strength

now

I walk knowing that

time faded the path I chose ~

bright visions ahead
