Take Nothing for Granted

Young Ryan stood on a chair and peered at a certificate on the green wall. His bottom was bare, and he held up his trousers.
The white-haired doctor, who’d just laid down the syringe, asked, “Whatcha reading that for, son?”
“Are you a butt specialist?” Ryan answered. "This don’t say.”
