New Life

The Merry, Merry Month of May

The merry, merry month of May
is bringing things to life.
Our gardens start to come alive
when newborn buds are rife.
 
Just think of all the lovely blooms
that will be coming soon.
All day, they show their cheery face,
then rest in light of moon.
 
It won’t be long ‘til baby birds
will try their wings in flight,
and whippoorwills will sing their song,
their signal all is right.
